Hi, I’m John! I’m a Freelance Houdini Artist and Motion Designer based in Cork, Ireland specialising in Houdini, Redshift, After Effects and Nuke.

With over 13 years of experience and a solid CG Generalist foundation, my freelance work has been driven by a passion for creating immersive visual narratives, bringing complex simulations to life – whether it's the fluid dynamics of liquids or the chaotic beauty of particle fx.

I’m always keeping my skills up to date to find creative ways to produce high quality content. As a dad of two autistic boys I have found little problems I couldn’t tackle head on, and always look outside the box for creative solutions to tricky problems.

I am open to freelance opportunities for big, small & contract based projects.
